Hilton was born in 1964 in the then Salisbury (Harare) Rhodesia now called Zimbabwe. His schooling years were spent in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. Hilton grew up hunting under the watchful eye and discipline of his father David Sanders. Hunting and firearms were a way of life in the Sanders household. Hilton started guiding clients in 1984 and has hunted extensively throughout Southern Africa.

Hilton is an accomplished writer, who shares his love of the hunting fields of Africa, experiences and views on matters hunting and conservation in numerous articles published around the Globe. You can read articles written by Hilton on a regular basis in the AFRICAN OUTFITTER magazine as well as in the following publications, AFRICAN SPORTING GAZETTE, BAYED SOLID and FULL CRY

Robyn Sanders
Wife and mother par excellence.

Robyn is Hilton’s wife and the lady behind THE BOX H. Robyn is also a full time mom to their seven wonderful children, Amber; Jesse; Wesley; Seth; Falcon; Ashleigh and Caleb. Robyn is a born and bred farm girl, having grown up in the Eastern Free State and KZN provinces of South Africa. God has gifted Robyn with many talents which she brings to the catering and hosting side of the business. Their home base at York bears witness to Robyn’s love and gifting in both gardening and homemaking. Robyn has developed a tranquil atmosphere that permeates both the family home and garden.

Hilton and Robyn’s sons are now starting to follow in Hilton’s footsteps, another generation of Phs to come!

Gerrit Craffert
Full Time PH.
